The Osgood II Multifamily development proposed by SiliconSage Builders is located at 42021 Osgood Rd. It is in the Irvington Community Plan Area. This is close to where Osgood Rd. becomes Driscoll Rd. near the proposed Irvington BART station and adjacent to Osgood Residences

284 flats in two 5-story buildings on 3.51 acres

122 apartments will be in the north building and 162 condominiums will be in the south building

24 apartment units will be designated for Low Income Affordable Housing

The Affordable Housing units allow then to claim a Density Bonus of 20%

Garages for the residents are on the ground level

Puzzle mechanical parking systems will be used

Access to and through the garage is a private street off Osgood Rd.

It will share a driveway with Osgood Residences
